Titanium Grade 10 is an alpha alloy with major composition of titanium and controlled levels of oxygen (0.15-0.4%) and iron (0.2-0.5%) to increase its mechanical properties. It has tensile strength of approximately 450 MPa and yield strength of about 415 MPa. The grade has superior toughness, fatigue life, and better corrosion resistance. Its density is approximately 4.5 g/cm³, which gives it an optimal strength-to-weight ratio that results in light but strong pipes for highly demanding applications.
