Super Duplex Steel Tubing has 24–26% Chromium, 6–8% Nickel, 3–5% Molybdenum, and trace amounts of Nitrogen and Manganese. Its carefully balanced composition improves its strength and resistance to corrosion. Mechanical properties consist of high tensile strength of approximately 800 MPa, yield strength of 550 MPa, and very good elongation up to 25%. It also exhibits very good fatigue and impact resistance even at sub-zero temperatures, making it the best choice for high-end applications. Its dual-phase microstructure enhances weldability and mechanical stability in corrosive environments.
