Stainless steel rectangle pipes are conventionally made up of iron with chromium (10.5%–20%), nickel (up to 14%), molybdenum, and carbon (less than 0.08%). Typical grades are SS 304, 316, and 202. All these pipes show superior corrosion resistance, high tensile strength (approximately 515 MPa), and good yield strength (205–310 MPa). They possess excellent durability, resistance to oxidation, and can support temperatures and pressures to the extreme. Having a Brinell hardness of approximately 201 and elongation of over 40%, these features make stainless steel rectangular pipes excellent for use in structure and industry.
