Stainless Steel 410 Tubing is a martensitic stainless steel that boasts significant strength and corrosion resistance. Its makeup includes 11.5–13.5% Chromium, up to 1% Manganese and Silicon, a maximum of 0.75% Nickel, and a maximum of 0.15% Carbon, along with trace amounts of Phosphorus and Sulfur. After undergoing heat treatment, it achieves a tensile strength of around 480–650 MPa, a yield strength of about 275 MPa, and an elongation of roughly 20%. Additionally, it can reach a Brinell hardness of up to 207 HB. This tubing is perfect for applications that demand wear resistance, moderate corrosion resistance, and solid mechanical performance.
