Stainless Steel 321H Tubing is an austenitic stainless steel alloy that features titanium (Ti) stabilization and a higher carbon content (about 0.04–0.10%) compared to 321. Its makeup includes approximately 17–19% chromium, 9–12% nickel, along with trace amounts of manganese, silicon, and phosphorus. This grade boasts impressive mechanical properties at elevated temperatures, with a tensile strength of around 515 MPa, yield strength of about 205 MPa, and elongation close to 40%. Its enhanced creep resistance and excellent oxidation resistance in high-temperature applications make it perfect for situations involving continuous or cyclic heat exposure.
