Stainless Steel 321H Pipes are composed of roughly 17–19% Chromium, 9–12% Nickel, 0.04–0.10% Carbon, and Titanium that is at least five times the carbon content. Additional trace elements include Manganese, Silicon, Phosphorus, and Sulfur, with Iron making up the remainder. This alloy is known for its enhanced strength at elevated temperatures and its resistance to intergranular corrosion. It features a tensile strength of about 515 MPa, a yield strength of 205 MPa, and an elongation of around 35%. 321H maintains its structural integrity even under continuous service at temperatures reaching up to 900°C, making it perfect for high-temperature pressure systems and welded applications.
