Stainless Steel 316Ti Welded Pipes consist of approximately 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, and 2–3% molybdenum, with titanium added (about five times the carbon content) to prevent sensitization. These pipes boast a tensile strength of around 515 MPa, a yield strength of about 205 MPa, and an elongation of 35–40%. The inclusion of titanium enhances the alloy’s resistance to intergranular corrosion post-welding while preserving excellent mechanical strength at elevated temperatures. They exhibit superior corrosion resistance in environments containing chlorides, along with outstanding formability, weldability, and durability, making them an excellent choice for demanding applications.
