Stainless Steel 316Ti EFW Pipes are primarily composed of iron, chromium (16-18%), nickel (10-14%), molybdenum (2-3%), and a small addition of titanium (0.5-0.7%). The titanium addition stabilizes the steel, preventing carbide precipitation during welding and enhancing corrosion resistance. Mechanically, these pipes offer excellent tensile strength (around 515 MPa), yield strength (about 205 MPa), and elongation of 40%.
