Stainless Steel 316H Pipes are made up of about 16–18% Chromium, 10–14% Nickel, 2–3% Molybdenum, and 0.04–0.10% Carbon, along with small amounts of Manganese, Silicon, Phosphorus, and Sulfur. The increased carbon content provides 316H with exceptional strength and creep resistance at high temperatures. These pipes have a tensile strength of around 515 MPa, a yield strength of 205 MPa, and an elongation of about 35%. Additionally, 316H offers excellent corrosion resistance in acidic and chloride-rich environments, making it perfect for high-temperature applications where both mechanical stability and corrosion resistance are essential.
