Stainless Steel 316 and 316L Instrumentation Tubing are chromium (16–18%), nickel (10–14%), and molybdenum (2–3%) alloyed. Both the grades provide great mechanical strength with tensile strength of approximately 515 MPa (316) and 485 MPa (316L), and a yield strength of 205 MPa.
