Stainless Steel 310H Heat Exchanger Tubing consists mainly of iron, with around 25% chromium and 20% nickel, offering superior resistance to oxidation. It has a greater content of carbon (≥0.04%) than normal 310, giving enhanced high-temperature strength. The tube has a tensile strength of approximately 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation ratio of approximately 40%. Its austenitic microstructure provides for excellent weldability and ductility, with the ability to maintain consistent performance in extreme environments of thermal stress and corrosion.
