The Stainless Steel 310/310S Heat Exchanger Tubing is composed of about 24–26% Chromium and 19–22% Nickel, which gives it remarkable resistance to oxidation and high-temperature corrosion. The 310S grade has a lower carbon content (maximum 0.08%) compared to 310 (up to 0.25%), enhancing its weldability and minimizing carbide precipitation. These tubes boast a tensile strength of around 515 MPa, a yield strength of 205 MPa, and an elongation of about 40%. They maintain their mechanical integrity even at elevated temperatures, making them perfect for heat transfer operations under extreme thermal stress.
