Stainless Steel 304L EFW Pipes are made up of 18–20% Chromium, 8–12% Nickel, and a low carbon content of ≤0.03%, which significantly boosts corrosion resistance, particularly after welding. The alloy also contains Manganese, Silicon, Phosphorus, Sulfur, and Iron as its base components. These pipes boast impressive mechanical properties, featuring a tensile strength of about 485 MPa, a yield strength of roughly 170 MPa, and an elongation of around 40%. The reduced carbon content helps prevent carbide precipitation during welding, making 304L an excellent choice for welded structures in corrosive environments.
