Our Stainless Steel 304 Electropolished Pipes contain mostly 18-20% chromium and 8-10.5% nickel, along with trace levels of carbon, manganese, and silicon, giving them superior corrosion resistance and strength. The electropolishing process improves the surface finish, minimizing roughness and removing impurities. Mechanically, SS 304 tubes provide tensile strength of about 520 MPa and yield strength of around 215 MPa with good toughness and ductility.
