Stainless Steel 253Ma pipes consist of around 21% Chromium, 11% Nickel, 1.7% Silicon, 0.17% Nitrogen, and small traces of Carbon, Manganese, and Rare Earth Metals. This composition provides superior oxidation resistance to 1150°C. The material has a tensile strength of approximately 600 MPa and a yield strength of approximately 310 MPa, with 45% elongation. It has superior creep strength and thermal fatigue resistance, rendering it suitable for severe heat environments. The special alloying elements ensure an optimal combination of toughness and high-temperature corrosion resistance.
