The Incoloy 800 series features Ni (30–35%), Cr (19–23%), and Fe (the balance), while Incoloy 825 includes Mo (2.5–3.5%), Cu (1.5–3%), and Ti to enhance resistance to acids and pitting. These pipes boast a tensile strength of 500–700 MPa, yield strength of 200–300 MPa, and an elongation of about 30%. ERW pipes are designed to maintain structural stability and resist oxidation, carburization, and stress corrosion cracking, making them perfect for both corrosive and high-temperature environments.
