Incoloy 800 series tubing is mainly made up of Nickel (30-35%), Iron (at least 39.5%), and Chromium (19-23%), along with trace amounts of Carbon, Aluminum, and Titanium. The 800H and 800HT versions feature higher carbon content and controlled aluminum-titanium levels to boost high-temperature strength. Typical mechanical properties include a tensile strength of 500 MPa, yield strength of 200 MPa, and an elongation of 30%.
