This well-balanced chemistry provides exceptional resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion, particularly in chloride-rich environments. The tubing boasts a minimum tensile strength of around 620 MPa, a yield strength of approximately 450 MPa, and an elongation of about 25%. The coil tubing design ensures seamless continuity with fewer joints, enhancing strength and minimizing the risk of leaks. These mechanical properties make it well-suited for harsh environments with demanding pressure and temperature conditions.
