ASTM A500 Tubing is a welded structural steel pipe, formed cold, which mainly contains carbon, manganese, phosphorus, and sulfur and has a carbon range of 0.12% to 0.23%. It has a minimum yield strength of 42,000 psi in Grade B and tensile strength ranging from 58,000 to 75,000 psi based on the grade. This tubing is highly resistant to deformation, weldable, and tough, thus ideal for structural applications under stress.
