Stainless Steel Seamless Tubing is generally prepared from chromium-containing alloys (10.5-30%), nickel (8-20%), and limited quantities of molybdenum, manganese, and iron. Its composition is assured to have superior corrosion resistance, tensile strength (515 MPa), and yield strength (205 MPa), together with elongation up to 40%. Lack of welds gives even strength and a perfect surface finish without any interruptions, thus improving its durability and reliability. These tubes are also highly resistant to high-temperature and high-pressure situations, hence used in demanding applications.
