Stainless Steel 304H Tubing is composed of 18–20% Chromium and 8–11% Nickel, featuring a higher carbon content that ranges from 0.04% to 0.10%, which boosts its strength at elevated temperatures. It also contains trace amounts of Manganese, Silicon, Phosphorus, Sulfur, and Iron as the primary element. This tubing boasts a tensile strength of about 585 MPa, a yield strength of roughly 240 MPa, and an elongation of 40%. Such a composition guarantees excellent oxidation resistance, good weldability, and improved creep resistance, making 304H an ideal choice for high-temperature structural and pressure applications.
