Incoloy 800 series pipes are nickel-iron-chromium alloys with superior strength and high-temperature oxidation resistance. The standard composition comprises 30–35% nickel, 19–23% chromium, and trace amounts of carbon, aluminum, and titanium. Incoloy 800H and 800HT are controlled carbon and aluminum-titanium modified versions with enhanced high-temperature strength. The alloys have tensile strengths in the range of 500–600 MPa and yield strengths of approximately 200–300 MPa. They show structural stability and creep resistance up to 1100°C, making them appropriate for stressful thermal conditions.
