With a focus on non-ferrous alloy solutions, Ojas delivers precision-engineered Cu-Ni coil tubing that boasts remarkable corrosion resistance, particularly in marine and chemical processing settings. Thanks to their advanced production capabilities and commitment to international standards, the company offers a variety of coil tubing grades, including 90/10 and 70/30, customized to meet client needs. Ojas Pipes and Tubes has earned the trust of various industries for its reliable products, consistent quality, quick turnaround times, and competitive pricing for both local and international clients.
Copper Nickel Coil Tubing generally consists of 90% Copper and 10% Nickel (90/10 grade) or 70% Copper and 30% Nickel (70/30 grade), with small amounts of Iron and Manganese added to boost strength and corrosion resistance. This alloy is known for its impressive mechanical properties, featuring tensile strength between 310–500 MPa and yield strength from 100–150 MPa, depending on the specific grade. It also offers good ductility (with elongation up to 45%), high thermal conductivity, and outstanding resistance to seawater corrosion, erosion, and stress corrosion cracking—making it perfect for demanding applications in tough, high-pressure environments.
