Inconel 718 Pipes are made up of Nickel (50–55%), Chromium (17–21%), Niobium (4.75–5.5%), Molybdenum (2.8–3.3%), along with trace amounts of Titanium, Aluminum, and Iron. These pipes boast impressive mechanical properties, featuring a tensile strength of about 1,240 MPa and a yield strength of roughly 1,030 MPa, along with excellent fatigue resistance. Inconel 718 retains its strength and corrosion resistance at temperatures reaching up to 700°C. The alloy is age-hardenable, making it ideal for high-stress, high-temperature settings. It also provides good weldability and resists pitting and crevice corrosion in aggressive environments.
