Alloy Steel T11 tubing contains mainly chromium (1.0–1.5%) and molybdenum (0.44–0.65%), supplemented by carbon, manganese, phosphorus, and sulfur in controlled proportions. It improves corrosion resistance and high-temperature properties. Mechanically, T11 tubing has good tensile strength (minimum 415 MPa), yield strength (minimum 205 MPa), and satisfactory elongation (minimum 30%). Due to its high creep resistance and tough structural integrity, Alloy Steel T11 tubing is particularly suitable for stringent thermal conditions. Such properties provide higher performance under high pressure and fluctuating temperatures in industrial usage.
