Stainless Steel 316Ti Welded Tubing is composed of approximately 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, 2–3% molybdenum, and titanium (which is about five times the carbon content), enhancing its resistance to sensitization. It features a tensile strength of around 515 MPa, yield strength of about 205 MPa, and an elongation of 35–40%. The addition of titanium not only boosts high-temperature strength but also stabilizes the structure against carbide precipitation during welding.
