These Stainless Steel 316Ti Pipes are composed of about 16–18% Chromium, 10–14% Nickel, 2–3% Molybdenum, and Titanium for stabilization. The carbon content is kept to a maximum of 0.08%, along with trace amounts of Manganese and Silicon. They boast a tensile strength of around 515 MPa, a yield strength of 205 MPa, and a minimum elongation of 35%. Their excellent creep resistance and durability under high temperatures make them stand out. The addition of Titanium enhances their resistance to intergranular corrosion, making them perfect for harsh environments while still retaining the toughness and formability characteristic of austenitic stainless steel.
