Stainless Steel 321 and 321H ERW Pipes are made up of 17–19% chromium, 9–12% nickel, and are stabilized with titanium (approximately five times the carbon content), with 321H containing about 0.04–0.10% carbon. They deliver a tensile strength of around 515 MPa, yield strength of about 205 MPa, and an elongation of roughly 40%. The titanium stabilization helps prevent chromium carbide precipitation, boosting corrosion resistance, especially post-welding. While 321 is great for general high-temperature applications, 321H offers improved creep and stress rupture strength, making it ideal for extended exposure to high temperatures, ensuring mechanical integrity and thermal stability.
