15Mo3 is a chromium-molybdenum alloy steel primarily made up of carbon (0.12–0.20%), manganese (0.40–0.90%), and molybdenum (0.25–0.35%), with small percentages of silicon, phosphorus, and sulfur. It has good weldability, high-temperature properties, and creep resistance. Mechanically, it contains tensile strength of 440–590 MPa, a minimum yield strength of 220 MPa, and elongation of approximately 22%. All these features make 15Mo3 ideal for high heat and pressure applications, which ensure efficient performance and long service life in industrial conditions.
